All orders placed before 6:00 PM are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. We dispatch products directly from various warehouses once your order is processed.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing tracking information. This tracking number will be active within 48 hours, allowing you to follow your order's journey until it reaches you.

Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged item, please take a photo and email it to us at support@candlesmoulds.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly replace any damaged goods upon verification. Be sure to keep the product packaging as it may be required for the claim process.
